WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept payments via PayPal. Our payments are done on a secure page and we don’t store card details or share your information. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay through PayPal using your credit card without creating an account.

 

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Kindly refer to our Shipping Policy for a list of Shipping destinations.
If you live in a remote location please contact us first to make sure we can get you your order.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes. Once your order is processed and shipped via Maltapost , we will email you with your Tracking Number.

WHERE IS MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Confirmation emails happen automatically after you have placed your order. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours please email us on: orders@furbanmalti.com.mt

MY SIZE/ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK – WHEN WILL IT BE BACK IN STOCK?

If an item you wish is out of stock, please email us on: orders@furbanmalti.com.mt  .We will then check and confirm when item will be available again and you can decide whether you wish to pre-order the item. Normally due to costs of manufacturing we will ask for a full payment in advance.

WHO PAYS CUSTOMS FEES?

The person receiving the order is liable for customs fees. We do not pay customs on orders and we do not refund customs fees.

I AM A BUYER /RETAILER. HOW DO I STOCK FURBAN MALTI IN MY STORE?
