Shipping , Returns & Exchanges

Registered Post:

 All our items are sent by registered mail via Maltapost

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is processed and shipped, Malta Post tracking numbers are emailed to the email account you used when ordering from our online store.  Therefore, once your package has shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with your tracking number. Kindly note that the tracking number you receive will not show the location of the package until it is scanned in by the mail carrier service , so please allow a day or two.

To track your order kindly follow the below steps:

  1. Go on www.maltapost.com
  2. Click on “Track and Trace”
  3. Click on “International Trackable Mail Items”
  4. Enter Tracking code in the space indicated on the screen.

 

Delivery

For Local (Malta & Gozo Orders) please allow 4-7 working days for delivery. If collecting from our business address , then allow 2 business days before collecting items.

For International Orders  please allow 7  – 20 working days for delivery.

Please note that all Non-EU customers are responsible for paying all customs and import duty charges.

All orders are dispatched to their destination on the next or second working day, Monday to Friday .We do not ship during the weekends.

Return Policy for Orders

  • Whilst we are sure that you will love our merchandise, should you encounter a problem email us and we will give you a refund or exchange for another product.
  • Return & exchange requests will be honoured within 7 business days from when your shipment is received.  We however require that customers notify Furban Malti at support@furbanmalti.com.mt of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Refunds are not available for any product after the 7 business days.
  • Products must be returned in the condition they are received and in the original packaging.
  • All sale/discount items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty or damaged.  Exchanged items are not guaranteed to be in stock and customers may have to receive store credit if items are out of stock till they are available again.
  • In regards to Local orders, customers will be asked to return items , whether for refund or for exchange purposes to our business address in person.
  • In regards to International Orders, we are unable to cover the shipping expense due to high shipping costs of international orders. If you wish to make a return and/or exchange, any shipping fees of International orders shall be borne by the customer.
  • If an error is made on the behalf of “Furban Malti”, the cost to rectify any issues will be covered by “Furban Malti” .We will cover the expense to ship the correct item free of charge
  • Should an international customer order a size he or she is unhappy with, they will be asked to pay for the return and exchange cost to send back and receive the new item. In the case of local customers, they will be asked to return the item for exchange at our business address in person.
  • Returned items for both Local and International orders have to be in a saleable condition for us to be able to exchange them. No stains, wear and tear or smoke smells. We will not be able to offer you a return if an item is not in a saleable condition or if not returned in the original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or credit for any item that does not meet the above requirements, or if we deem an item in an unsellable condition.
